The WALTON BLANK One-Year limited warranty applies to WALTON BLANK branded products sold by WALTON BLANK AB. WALTON BLANK’S warranty obligations are to the original purchaser and are limited to the terms set forth and below.
Limited Warranty terms
WALTON BLANK products is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 months from the date of original purchase. If a defect arises during the Warranty period, WALTON BLANK will at first try to repair the product, if that doesn’t work, WALTON BLANK will exchange the product with a product equivalent to the product it replaces. At last WALTON BLANK will refund the original purchase price excluded taxes and shipping costs.
Exclusions and limitations
This Warranty excludes the following: (1) normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries. (2) Normal wear and tear and cosmetic damage. (3) Defects or damage caused by misuse, accident, collision, fire, spillage of food, alteration, neglect, abuse, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, and if the warranty is not submitted along with the product. (4) Damage caused by operating the Jogab outside the the permitted or intended uses described by WALTON BLANK.
WALTON BLANK does not warrant that it will be able to repair or replace any product under this warranty without risk/loss of information on the product. In no event shall WALTON BLANK be liable for loss or damage.
This Warranty shall not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, gross negligence and or culpable contractual obligations. Damages claims based on deceptive attempt will end the warranty validity instantly.
