What are the risks when placing an order as a pre-order?
Since it is a pre-ordered product, the money that we receive from pre-orders is being used to develop and improve the product. The risks are therefore that you cannot cancel or return a product that you have pre-ordered. There is also a risk that the appearance as well as the specification of the earbuds may be changed or modified.
When will I receive my order?
The expected delivery time is 9-12 weeks at the moment. We are working very hard and are doing our best to deliver the earbuds as fast as we possible can. However, the estimated time frame can change depending on when all the factors regarding the earbuds will be synchronized. Is this a pre-ordered product?
